Voil\u00e0 la derni\u00e8re tendance dans la \u00ab\u00a0mode\u00a0alimentaire\u00a0\u00bb de nombreux consommateurs.\u00a0 Pour certains, manger sans gluten ferait non seulement perdre du poids mais aussi gagner en vitalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u2019est quoi le gluten\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le gluten est une prot\u00e9ine essentiellement v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. On le retrouve principalement dans certaines c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce au gluten que la farine de ces c\u00e9r\u00e9ales transform\u00e9e en p\u00e2te gagne en \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et en r\u00e9sistance. On retrouve le gluten dans le bl\u00e9, l\u2019avoine, l\u2019\u00e9peautre, le seigle, ou encore l\u2019orge.<\/p>\n<h2>Le gluten est-il mauvais pour la sant\u00e9\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Ce qu\u2019il faut retenir c\u2019est qu\u2019en soi le gluten n\u2019est pas dangereux pour la sant\u00e9. Seulement sa digestion par l\u2019organisme n\u2019est pas de toute aise. Or, l\u2019on consomme davantage et quotidiennement du gluten dans le pain ou ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s (brioches, biscottes, etc.) ainsi que dans d\u2019autres produits alimentaires qui contiennent du bl\u00e9. Certaines personnes peuvent \u00eatre sensibles au gluten de m\u00eame que d\u2019autres peuvent y \u00eatre intol\u00e9rants en raison d\u2019une maladie g\u00e9n\u00e9tique grave.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi supprimer le gluten de son alimentation\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>La suppression du gluten dans l\u2019alimentation permet donc aussi bien aux personnes sensibles qu\u2019intol\u00e9rantes de retrouver une vie plus saine. Manger sans gluten c\u2019est comme pour certaines personnes, choisir leur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.medespoir.ch\/abdominoplastie.php\"><strong>alimentation apr\u00e8s une plastie du ventre<\/strong><\/a>. Pour celles des personnes intol\u00e9rantes, certains des sympt\u00f4mes couramment ressentis avant l\u2019abandon du gluten diminuent et disparaissent avec le temps comme les vomissements, les naus\u00e9es, les crampes, les \u00e9ruptions cutan\u00e9es, les maux de ventre, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Manger sans gluten<\/h2>\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas facile de remplacer du jour au lendemain les nombreux produits consomm\u00e9s jusque-l\u00e0\u00a0: pizzas, p\u00e2tes alimentaires, semoule, pain, quiches\u2026 mais on doit essayer et les remplacer peu \u00e0 peu par d\u2019autres produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers comme le riz, le quinoa, le sarrasin, le millet et surtout beaucoup de l\u00e9gumes (haricots, pois chiches, lentilles, etc.) et les produits qui en sont d\u00e9riv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Perdre le poids en mangeant sans gluten\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>La consommation des aliments sans gluten impose de limiter au maximum tous les produits industriels et donc de choisir soi-m\u00eame les aliments, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de manger plus sainement. On \u00e9vite ainsi des calories superflues issues des produits alimentaires de la grande industrie. Et si on y ajoute un peu d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, il est certain que perdre du poids est in\u00e9vitable.
